HOW CAN I PLACE ORDERS?

 
Click on “Start Session” and type your ID and password. At this point the system recognizes you as a registered user, and you can begin shopping our products.
Select the references that you want to buy, select sizes, colors and amounts, and add them to your shopping cart.
Remember that the minimal order through our webpage is 500 USD.
 
 

HOW CAN I ACQUIRE PRINTED CATALOGS?

 
If you are in Medellin and would like to have one of our catalogs, visit any of our sales points.
 
You can acquire Babalú´s catalog for COP $23,000 + COP $10,000 delivery + COP $10,000 bank fee, for a total of COP $43,000; Inizio catalog for COP $5,000 + COP $10,000 delivery + COP $10,000 bank fee, for a total of COP $25,000; or you can obtain both catalogs for COP $53,000. Catalogs come out every semester. Payments can be made through Bancolombia Savings Account Nº 30949658739 through a Corporate Collection Form, or through Banco de Bogotá, Checking Account Nº 434997870, through a National Collection System Form, including your ID number as reference. Payment in both cases should be made on behalf of FIRLÁN SAS.

WHAT BENEFITS DO I RECEIVE FROM PLACING ORDERS ONLINE?

 
Your orders will be easier and faster to handle. The system indicates the value of each product, as well as the order total. You can see the clothes available, as well as sizes and colors. You will automatically receive a copy of the order in your e-mail. If your order is more than COP $600,000, we will pay for delivery and bank fees (except for special routes and orders outside of Colombia)

CAN I PLACE ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE OF COLOMBIA?

 

Yes you can, through our webpage you can place orders from any place in the world. After registering and placing your online order, we will send you a notification of the status (international quotation) and in this manner you can make your online payment or transfer. The validity of the order is two working days, and in case of inconveniences you can contact us.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?

 
Payments can be made through deposits to Bancolombia Savings Account Nº 30949658739, or to Banco de Bogotá, Checking Account Nº 434997870, on behalf of FIRLÁN S.A, including your ID number as reference.
Though the “Online Payment” platform in our website, using a credit card or debit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PSE. For this you need to start a session in the site and enter “My Profile” section to observe the order to be paid, and select the option for “Online Payment.” In this manner, the system itself will ask you for information so you can conduct your transaction securely and successfully.
Bank Deposits: These can be made through Bancolombia Savings Account Nº 30949658739, or through Banco de Bogotá, Checking Account Nº 434997870. To print the invoice to take to the bank to make payment, enter our website and click on section “My Profile,” and then on the option “Purchase Order” where you can download a PDF file with a barcode. This will spare you from filling out forms at the bank. Once payment is made, you need to send us a copy of the order payment receipt to Fax No. 444 10 78, option 4, or to e-mail: customerservice@babalufashion.com
Bank Transfer:  bank transfers can be made to either one of the two bank accounts previously mentioned (Bancolombia savings account or Banco de Bogota checking account) excluding the bank fee value (COP $10,000.)
 
If you are outside of Colombia, we will e-mail you our international account number as well as instructions, or you can also make your payments online through your profile.
 
 

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE CLOTHES?

 
Bear in mind that this procedure to exchange clothes does not apply to swimsuits or to underwear (such as panties or boxers.)
