Dear customer, if you want to exchange an item or apply for a guarantee please remember:
- For reasons of hygiene do not accept exchanges or returns of underwear and beachwear, except where they have manufacturing defects that will be reviewed by our quality department.
- You can make the change of the product till 8 days of receiving the order. Items to be exchanged must be in mint condition, including labeling and original packing materials .
- Customer must assume exchange shipping costs except when the exchange originates on manufacturing defects or shipping mistakes.
- Items of previous collections will be exchanged only for items of the same collection ( subject to website product actual availability) .
- Garments have a 30-day manufacturing defects guarantee . Manufacturing defects or imperfections due to material misuse or mishandling or to normal wear and tear (stitching damage, tears, incorrect washing) will not be honored by the guarantee .
