• For obvious hygienic reasons exchanging underwear and swimwear items is forbidden , except when specific manufacturing defects, wich will be assessed by our quality assurance deparment.
• You can make the change of the product till 30 days of the purchase. Items to be exchanged must be in mint condition, including labeling and original packing materials .
• Items of previous collections will be exchanged only for items of the same collection ( subject to website product actual availability) .
• Customer must assume exchange shipping costs except when the exchange originates on manufacturing defects or shipping mistakes .
• Garments have a 30-day manufacturing defects guarantee . Manufacturing defects or imperfections due to material misuse or mishandling or to normal wear and tear (stitching damage, tears, incorrect washing) will not be honored by the guarantee .
